Sales Consultant
- Provide expert consultation services tailored to address potential clients’ interest in UX design, including evaluating the suitability of their design needs. Consultations will be conducted via email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Introduce and offer specialized UX design services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Create strategic action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets and estimate the number of client interactions.
- Follow up on promising leads and referrals generated from networking efforts.
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact with them.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date sales collateral and possess comprehensive knowledge of our services.
- Foster and cultivate ongoing relationships with current clients and potential leads.
- Identify and promptly address any client concerns or inquiries.
- Regularly provide follow-up responses to received inquiries.
- Proactively stay informed about changes in UX design trends and technologies.
- Willingly undertake any other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager to contribute to the seamless operation of UXCEED.
